Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cipher Analytics provides access to proprietary digital software tools.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access provisioning, all payments made to Cipher Analytics are non-refundable.
Once payment has been successfully completed and access provisioning is initiated, refunds, cancellations, or reversals are not applicable.
Access to the software indicator is granted based on the details provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information — including a valid TradingView username — is accurate and complete.
In the event of incorrect, invalid, or incomplete information being provided (such as an invalid TradingView username), Cipher Analytics shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to grant access.
Customers must provide valid and correct details within 24 hours of purchase to facilitate access provisioning. Failure to do so will not constitute grounds for a refund.
In the unlikely event that access cannot be provided due to a technical issue originating from our side, the issue will be reviewed and resolved accordingly. This does not constitute a refund obligation.
